Has anyone tried changing the imei number of their phone? I was just wondering because, I have a Super sim, and it basically emulates the original sim card. If you were to make two phones have the same imei number, I was just wondering if that would make the phones receive calls simultaneously.

Just curious :)

Have you ever exceeded the speed limit? Thats illegal too. People do illegal things, thats why i asked. Don't you think I would have tried it myself if i didn't think it was illegal?

No sh*t you illeterate f*ck, thats exactly what my post implies. But I guess you would neet to ACTUALLY READ it, rather than just trying to be a prick. Just for your information, the imei number is also sent when:
1. Logging onto the network
2. Receiving Calls
3. Receiving Text
4. Sending Text.

Oh well, another Rod Speed response shoved down the toilet.

Rod, you are such an inspiration.... of what not to be.

No way!!!! If we gave the wars a break, that would mean that Mr. Rod Speed would actually have to refrain from posting a reply on a thread. Besides, that would actually give people a chance to answer the question which was asked. We DEFINATELY can't have that.

Very true. But if you *are* going to use them, you might at least spell
them properly!

Who gives a *FUCK*

You obviously have a stolen handset that is black listed, that is the
only reason you would have to change IMEI.

G'day Unkit,

Bottom line mate, yeah its illegal.... though i understand what you are
trying to achieve. There are many sites online where can download GSM
utilities which will achieve your desired outcome. In most cases you
will need to purchase / make a suitable cable.

As to the rest of you guys and the crap you carry on with flaming each
other etc..... oh, please !

Just for argument's sake but why is it not legal
to do this?

Who told the government to make it illegal?
