Don't laugh - I've seen it done - with the non-hands-free phone jammed
between the ear and the shoulder and the car doing 60km/h in the middle of
what passes for the afternoon peak hour on one of the main drags in
Canberra.

I seen that and a lot worse, you can see into cars from the drivers seat
of a large truck and its amazing what some idiots get up to.
Worst I can remember is a woman reading a book resting on her steering
whilst driving at 100kph on the Western Hwy just west of Melbourne.
Taking notes whilst driving is common, I saw someone doing that
yesterday whislt they were driving at 100kph on the Western Ring Road.

While on the other hand the stupid things that some truckies get up to must
go unrecorded :)
