Been there, done that. However 200,000 is equal to zero in
terms of how the vehicle was maintained.

Hasn't missed a service yet, and has nothing wrong with it atm, TW.
It's got a fairly easy life, cruises at 100k's most of the time and is
on LPG. It should last a while yet.

How long has the service light been on........... Potential buyers might
want to know. ;-)
BTW I took a ride in a Ford Falcon wagon Taxi. 845,000K and the thing kept
randomly changing gears. 4th to 2nd at 100Kph was fun. Driver explained cab
only had to last another 10 days until the new cab was delivered.
Me thinks he was looking forward to it as I was almost tempted to ask him to
drop me off earlier so I could get a cab with a decent chance of getting me
home alive.

Forgot to mention my Commodore is warning me of the impending 100,000K
service. oil, oil filter, air filter, and a quick look over problems should
be done in less than 40minutes.

My Magna is coming up for it's 230,000 service and the bastard thing
has blown a headlight bulb.
Not impressed if I've gotta do that every 200,000km!

Well, if you had changed the oil and filter ocassionally this wouldn't have
happened.

I'm seriously considering fitting some standard height soft springs
and dampers to give a softer ride to extend filament life.....or has
the damage already been done.
You know like a pair of tits that spent their younger life braless and
now need a suspension alteration..

My AU is going strong at 350,000.
It's in poor form to judge a car by it's kilometres.
Hehe, women will never understand guy's fascination's with cars, so let them

My old EB did that trick, it's the gear selector switch. About an $80 part,
can be swapped out in about 5 minutes. Pretty scary when they bugger up,
I've heard they can even pick reverse.

A friend of mine had an NA fairlane(6cyl LPG) doing that sort of driving,
it did about 600k k's before he replaced the engine.
