You should've gone to JB Hi Fi.

Prices are high their as well. In fact, JB HiFi regularly prices most
of its DVDs at (or above) retail.

Currency is down 8%, fuel prices are souring.
Prices go up as a result.

Well you're not looking very hard.
JB Hi Fi are misleading. Most of the DVDs in store (on the shelves)
are priced at least retail. Only a limited number of DVDs are marked
down as specials or clearance items for inventory purposes. There are
also the bargain bin DVDs but these are complete junk.
I'm simply making the point that JB Hi Fi is no cheaper than EzyDVD,
DSE Powerhouse and other retailers. They fool people into thinking
they are a cheap store when they aren't. And yes, I have checked at
least 15 JB Hi Fi stores and they are all the same price-wise.

Bog,
You seem to me missing a very simple point....
Buy the DVD's that are on special, it's not brain surgery.
This weekend the Wonder Woman boxed sets are $29.95 ea, Sopranos were
cheap too, Godfather box set was for $57. And many more bargains.
These are definately lower than RRP.

I picked up the Godfather Box set last week for $46 at K-Marts 15% off sale :)
