Lost Eastern States ABC's

[Robbster]

I have not been able to re-tune my Eastern States ABC's since the frquency changes some weeks back. Can someone please give me the correct frequencies and symbol rates? I have a Topfield 4000 PVR. The LNB is 9750/10700.
