They just don't seem to have any Canon EOSs to sell at present, and
haven't since about early November. Several enquiries have produced
vague answers as to when availability will return. Just as I was going
to buy a 350D from them.....

I worked out that you meant www.maxwell.com.au, who distribute Nikons
not Canons - hilarious joke and soooo original.....

Yes it was very poor work on my part but do you really think I should be
executed for it?
