I'm currently in the market for one of those digital receivers that
connects to a notebook via USB.
Does anybody have any recommendations/warnings/tips?
Thanks in advance.

I have the Tiny USB 2.0 digital tuner from www.digitalnow.com.au and have
been very happy with it. I have noticed a couple of new models about though
that are smaller (like memory sticks), and there are PC card versions
available too.
Obie.

I have the NEBULA that I am VERY happy with.
You can connect multiple ones of these if required.

I've had the Tiny USB 2.0 device for a week now and can also recommend
it - although I haven't explored all its features yet... Bought it
because it's currently on special.

Make sure you have USB 2.0!
Choose your software before your hardware.

I have a "Tiny USB 2" but I did not have to get it from this lot
"advertised" below at their higher price of $139 special and $159
usual, There are others on the market all generic exactly same as
"Tiny.." I paid $110 only.
Mine is a MSI Digivox and it works perfectly with own software. Do
not get hijacked to pay more for same thing just because someone says
his is good, They are all good and have you tried the others? The
memory stick ones like Leadtek Dongle are different from the Tiny USB
using a different type of tuner so not the same as Tiny or Digivox.
Cheers
