I've seen a DSE-branded HD-STB for about $350.

What else is around at the cheap(er) end?

You can usually get one for $250 or less at Strathfield. JB had the Hotchip
one for $199 last month. There are a couple that are going for sub $200 on
Ebay.

I saw brand new HOTCHIPS High definition boxes at JB hifi for $179 at the
Post Christmas sales.
