Falcon 6 Cam Chain Tensioner tool

Hi all

Have a head to do on a EF Falc. Im all set except for the details of
the tool I need to release the tension on the cam chain. I've read that
it is just a 3mm allen key with a piece of tubing over it? Is this
correct? I've heard people have used a pen tube over the allen key to
make it work. What type of bolt is in there?

Alternatively, anyone know what the actual tool costs from Ford?

I just use a long allen key, no need for tubing or special tools.
