Break the lens with a hammer.

Neil, it helps to say which model it is? If its a "wide-body" they are a bit
difficult. You need to undo the 2 screws, then pull the carpet back and
squeeze the white plastic clip so it pops out when you push it,..then the
lense will come off.

In reality, Toyota designed the lense to pull off, leaving the white thing
in the body,..but they never come off easy,..so I do it the long way.
