After getting PTT activated I have an open padlock icon on my phone when
it's in standby mode, what does this mean?

Depends on the handset, I would assume, it would mean something along the lines of unsecure broadcasts.

Which handset? Can mean GSM A5 or GPRS ciphering is disabled...

The handset is a Nokia 6101
