You sure you want one?
My thoughts as a user of 5 months:
Great camera, terrible headphones, huge capacity memory card (up to 2 gig)
but expensive because it's their proprietary Memory Stick Pro Duo, nice PIM,
reasonable mp3 player, good radio.
However- be prepared for the joystick to pack up fairly quickly, rendering
the phone almost useless and very frustrating. The Fastport (system
connector on bottom of phone) has started to gicvve trouble, it's losing
contact intermittently- loose inside. I bought the upgrade headphones
(HPM-70) which sound terrific (& should be included with the phone as
standard) only to have the pins snap off after 3 weeks- & SonyEricsson won't
replace it.
I then sent the phone to S.E.'s nominated service agent for joystick
replacement. It was returned after a few days with the joystick still
faulty. I'm now ready to toss the thing.
Any reports on the new Motorola 3g razor thingy? the idea of proper stereo
bluetooth headphones is very appealing.
