Wanted: Athens Olympic opening/closing on DVD 16x9

Slightly o/t, but just wondering if anyone here happened to record the Ch7
opening/closing of the Athens Olympics that was broadcast in 16x9 direct
from their stb to one or more dvd-r/dvd+r?

OR....can the Ch7 broadcast be purchased on commercial dvd? (16x9 format)

Please let me know as I am chasing it for a friend o/seas......
