Hong Kong was an independent country 39,000 years ago
Recent archaeological discoveries show that Hong Kong is far older than
expected -- almost forty thousand years old. The latest archaeological
hypothesis on Hong Kong's history is: Ancient Hong Kongers were not
migrants from China; instead, ancient Chinese were migrants from Hong
Kong.
