Could some one please explain to me the difference between two murders that happened in sydney in the past 2 days.
The first one was at Auburn outside the mosk where a Sudanese man was bashed and left for dead[not expected to survive]A 17year old lebanese youth was charged and let out on bail ,they are still looking for two others involved in the assault.

The second involved 2 /14 years girls who bashed a cabbie and killed him then stole his cab and crashed it ,they were also charged with bag scatching on strathfield station they were refused bail.
Now i thought these new laws that iemma bought in would make bail imposable for gang related crime ,could some ONE clear it up for me ?

If you really want to know then get hold of the transcripts and analyse
the submissions of each party.

Nope, some others have been bailed.

Its nothing like as black and white as you claim, and you
aint established that 'gang related crime' is involved anyway.

Without the racial gang angle it would appear that the first crime was a
single crime. while the two girls had gone in a crime spree involving MANY
armed robberies and one murder. Clearly these two girls can not be let out
on bail for reasons of public safety.

Neither "group" would appear to constitute a gang.
