Are there any kits out there that remove small/light scratches off the
screens of mobile phones?

Nope.
Buy a new case, and fit a screen protector.

If you can't get a new case, get a screen protector anyway. If you can lay
it straight, flat, bubble & dust free, you have a good chance of 'cancelling
out' the underlying scratches. Worked for my N-gage.

Ebay, <$10 most of the time. Or a local phone repair or phone accessories
joint should stock them.

Believe it or not, toothpaste actually works surprisingly well. Takes a
little bit of elbow grease, but replaces the small scratches with even
smaller almost unnoticable ones. Worth a try.

After the toothpaste, use Brass-o or Silv-o to buff those scratches down
into un-noticable scratchs. Leaves a perfect finish.

There is an excellent product called Displex made for removing scatches on mobile screens, etc. I got mine from Skania Electronics in Melb. (phone no. 9819 2466). About $9 a small tube but it goes along way. It does work but be careful and follow instructions! (Last resort of course!). Because it will also remove colour from your phone cover if your not careful. So make sure you mask it up before attacking screen.
