VN Commodore, Remove blower fan

Does anyone know how to remove the blower motor from a VN Commodore? Do I
need to remove the whole dash or is it easier?

You can do what my freind did in his vp calais -

remove the glovebox
cut the back panel out with a jig saw
and then gain access to it like that then fix the back panel in again

oh and by the way there is a main harness which consists of about 20 wires,
i wouldnt reccomend cutting it like he did..
