no he'd be the guy politely pointing out that ads in this newsgroup are
unwelcome unless from regular posters and even then only if likely to be
of interest to the group.
In other words, not for spamming whore cocksuckers who think they can
waste everyone's time with it.
argue all you like, nobody here is going to be interested in this
bullshit.

Or maybe they could just avoid buying such a heap of shit in the first
place, as worthless as they are now.
you wouldn't be spamming here if you were getting a decent price/level
of interest for this crap, so what I can say 'sucks to be you dude' (as

Is one post in 3 weeks a spam ?
There is no flood, no cross posting, no emailling of posters etc
Whats the authoritative definition of spamming then which
excludes the above ?
> As I said in my email I'm reporting you to ebay for all
>your usegroup spamming. I suggest others here do the same.
What do you think this will achieve, do you actually think ?
Lets see now...
Ebay gets a complaint I'm advertising an ebay listed product
with a history of sales over 3 years to a public news group
where ebay makes a commision on each sale, how do you think
that will be received, will they think you are in any way rational ?
You seem to be putting a lot of effort into this and even to the
extent of emailling me as well, why do you object to me being
a "smartarse" in email but wont reference that here. Are you
afraid of being shown up as having fear of some intellectual
discussion and suffer anxiety you wont be able to cope ?
(PS: I'm not replying to your emails, only on product enquiries)
<chuckle>

No problem Noddy, by all means follow an irrational and badly thought
out proposition so that makes you feel more secure and part of the clan.
Ebay can add you to their list of frivolous complainers that do nothing
but cost them time and cost them commissions...
Care to think for yourself, or are you more into following the pack
now that you are getting older ?
<chuckle>
Last one also a rhetorical question ;-)
Oh and one final point for this week, ask yourself about the potential
outcome of complaining to ebay, if you were successful where do you think
I would be more compelled and somewhat inspired to place more ads ?

Your logic is completely flawed and in fact mirror image of what you
seem to be intent upon, have you thought this through <hrrmm> even a little ?
If ebay dont take my ads !, <doh> I'll extend the exposure. This forum
is by no means static, therefore more frequent ads here if ebay isnt
available <doh>, has that occured to you ?
ps: Took your email cc off the preset reply, I have no wish to receive
low level abuse privately by email far better to be open about it,

I must be missing something here, you saying its ok to regularly post
a commercial ad or regularly post anything and then a commercial ad
and thats somehow ok but someone who posts one add irregularly in
a 3 to 5 week period is somehow worse - how so, care to explain that ?
Since I am posting about a vehicle product for an Australian built
car and there are occasional email replies enquiring and sales from
ebay result from the occasional post here - how is that not of interest
to the group since an outcome (sale) is derived from here ?
>In other words, not for spamming whore cocksuckers who think they can

You've spent way more time here then I did with a short post, who is
choosing to waste their time far more than me ?

>Or maybe they could just avoid buying such a heap of shit in the first

That may be the one true thing you've said however, there are a few
enthusiasts who go to some trouble to improve their cars and work on
them really well, there are some great examples of people putting
serious effort into modifying and upgrading reliability and performance
and that is one area I am interested in exploring, hence the original post.
>you wouldn't be spamming here if you were getting a decent price/level
>of interest for this crap, so what I can say 'sucks to be you dude' (as
>the kids are fond of saying these days)
Well thats plainly true if this forum is completely static however,
its not by any means static, Sure there are a small number of people
that consider this forum their primary means of expression, no matter
how flawed such articulations are but, there are also many derivative
ways in using this forum for thoughtful exposure, once in 3 to 5 weeks
is by no means spamming in my book and maintains a base level of
awareness or rather news that other products exist.
And if I followed your logic in the first para above then I'd post
regularly (is once a day ok) as I am already satisfied that alternate
products for Australian cars are of interest to some transient readers...

I'm questioning the rationale in following a badly thought out reaction,
you still havent explained what would be gained by complaining to ebay,
besides why would I care, do you think ebay have the time to check posts
on this forum, they really dont have the time or interest in following
up a frivolous complaint - especially that results from more exposure
for ebay,
<chuckle>
>> Oh and one final point for this week, ask yourself about the potential

There are many reasons for posting back, gives me more opportunity to
practice my typing (!) no seriously, I'm giving you heaps of rope with
one purpose in mind ;-) And I wonder how far this complaints
process might go. You'd have to think now wouldnt you, that had I *not*
posted back you would be less inclined to complain, <doh> So therefore
I dont care if you complain, which means it is not a concern, simple :)
Oh and your rhetoric about an analogy re criminal doesnt make any
sense, well it does - it betrays more of your flawed thinking... <sigh>
>
>> I would be more compelled and somewhat inspired to place more ads ?

>vl commie loving loser says what?
Have had a few cars, VL was the most recent, I'm not a particular fan,
and by no means a 'loser', having designed products for years, I think I
can handle variation and appropriate paths for development,
ie. To be simple, being able to design products for a diverse range of
industries makes me a 'winna' :o)
The point I made is that if ebay were to follow your lead and suspend
my account then I might be inclined to place more ads here, so your
reasoning about complaining will do nothing but result in the opposite
reaction to that which you intended.
Sort of like smacking a nest of wasps to kill a couple of them, guess
what you end up with ? I say that because thats the best analogy I
can visualise as to president Bush's dilemna and idiocy in attacking Iraq
and seems to be the closest paradigm to your thinking...

Ok, I'll bite, why then would you ever complain to ebay
about ads for their listings being on a public forum not

It might have occured to you, well maybe not based on your
predisposition to penial problems, that the net has many means
for exposing new ideas and interests in products for discussion.
So if any complain to ebay were actioned it obviously reduces
exposure therefore (simple really) that alternate exposures would
be logically increased to compensate. Thing is this is such a simple
idea, I am so surprised that since you can use a keyboard and
manage a moderately combinatorial task of using a computer that
it hasnt occured to you - go figure - it takes all sorts I guess...

Um, so one post in 3 to 5 weeks is spamming is it - how so ?
Its amazing how little it takes to get you riled up and angry,
are you also into road rage too - at the drop of a hat ?

Huh ? I'm not talking georgraphy. What I'm saying is its not
appropriate for me to reply to your private emails just to entertain
your level of argument, far better it be open. Is it delusional to
want to reduce the level of private emails from you ? <doh>
Why are you so compelled then to email me on something that
doesnt interest you - who is delusional here ?

>How many have you sold again dope?
Obviously I wouldnt disclose private sales, but clearly I am able to
report that which is already public, ie Via ebay, you can check for
yourself, nothing to hide there, 5 confirmed last 10 days or so, few
the previous month, cant comment on dealer packs as they are private.
Oh yes I do dealer packs for electricians at $600 for pack of 10
and will accept staggered payment. ie First 5 at $390, second 5
if paid within 3 months at $210, only minor drawback is extra
post - but some dealers prefer that.
Not appropriate for me to comment on sales from local outlets
in Perth or through other forums as they are for registered users.
I can say though that another dealer pack goes out end of week,
doing a swap of parts for that one...
Cheers
