I heartily concur. I bought a couple of DVDs expecting them to be only in "so so" condition due to the cheap price. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the DVDs (as new) I received and would recommend Rom on this basis to all.

Rom couldn't meet me personally on that day so he arranged for his family member that worked near my area to deliver the box to me. Great service!
