Since I've been living here (especially on the Gold Coast)
I have seen things getting worse,
with the scammers, charlatans & bullsh*tters.
Now even ASIC is showing concerns about the 'state' of the Scamshine
State!
Have a look here at this article..
"QUEENSLAND is the home of the scam"

Let's hope Qld doesn't become the Florida of Aust with large amounts of
people moving here with big superannuation payouts, cashed up from
selling their homes down south or cashed up from grandma's estate at
Toorak. And then blowing the ill advised dodgey schemes & inflated
property investments.....
While we are on the subject, here's one of Chip's investment tips...
Want a sure-fire instant way to double your money...?
And I wont charge you $5000 for a seminar or DVD program.
Then do this.
Step 1. Take your banknotes out of your wallet.
Step 2. Fold banknotes in half.
Step 3. Place banknotes back in your wallet.
This is only proven sure-fire instant way I know to double your money.
;-)
