I started GolfBlogger (www.golfblogger.com) two years ago because I
wanted to experiment with the whole blogging phenomenon. I initially
thought to play with it through the summer and then quit when I
returned to teaching economics and coaching golf in the fall.
Two years and 1,600 posts later, I'm still at it. Buoyed by thousands
of regular readers, I've found the writing to be enormously satisfying.
I have a lot of fun in the evening browsing the internet, looking for a
new news item or interesting new golf product or site to write about.
I've also enjoyed learning about website development as I've continued
to expand the site, adding other features, including a golf websites
directory and a forum.
If you haven't already done so, I invite you to visit
GolfBlogger. There's always something new to read. If you've got a golf
website, feel free to add it to the more than 6,000 sites already in
the directory. If you've got golf products for sale, you can post press
releases in the ProShop Forum, or drop an email to the editor. And if
you just want to chat about golf, join and leave a message in the
discussion forum.
Many thanks to all who have visited. I'm grateful for your interest.
