The Martian has postulated that all the short kicking
problems will magically disappear by making kickouts
having to go beyond 30m
Now since on average there are 200 kick outs each week
and of those roughly 100 are short kicks under 30m
and each week the average # kicks is about 3500
that a 3% reduction will do the trick.
I think that sort of thinking should just stay on Mars.
