automatic restart

My computer restarts on its own when my son loads his world of warcraft game.
Whyen he selects his character and it finishes loading the computer restarts.
At the same time, once the computer has booted back up I get a message that
says windows has recovered from a criticak error and asks if I want to send
an error report. I did and was directed to a page with a response saying they
don't know how to fix it but it looks like a problem with the
"shopathomeselect" program. I did a search for this program and couldn't find
it. Can anyone help?
