Not sure this is really a gaming question but think this is the best area to start this thread and ask my question.
Has anyone subscribed to this online game Secondlife (http://secondlife.com/)
The concept does interest me and from my investigations it is like a real world online version of the Sims, just a lot more complex and life like.
My question is if anyone here has subscribe, is it worth the money and do you need to spend hours and hours playing it to get value for your money.

Ive heard of this game ages ago. I was really hyped until i saw the price .., It is REALLY life like, You could stroll down to the arcade buy a couple of coins and pop them in a arcade machine and start playing a FPS game!. If your in the winter season and it starts snowing you could mould snow into a ball and start having a snow fight. I haven't experienced as much as i could but i took the free trial for 3 days and i really got addicted.
I cannot rember why i din't sign up for SL, I think it was becuase, it was only avaliable to the US, Am not sure.

Second Life is available to everyone, everywhere, and has a Basic Mode which is completely free. Some friends of mine play it... it's fun when you get into it, but it's not something you can just have quick rounds of.

You always have to look for that missing </sarcasm> tag ;)
Watcher isn't the only one either, but I think he might be trying to take this year's title as "Most Sarcastic" :p
