Telstra MRO

I have a Nokia 3230 on a business plan which is currently in the middle of a
24 month MRO with Telstra. I no longer have any need for the phone (as I
have purchased a new handset) and would like to sell it while still paying
the remainer of the MRO every month.

Is it allowed? Are there any implications doing this (ie. can Telstra ask
for the handset back in the middle of the MRO in event of non-payment?)

Nah, the MRO is basically like a handset contract, Telstra don't care if you
sell the phone...you can either keep paying ya mthly installments or you can
pay it out in a lump sum if you want

Nope. They just charge you the remainder of the MRO in one lump sum if you
disconnect.

You can even get another MRO when paying off your first MRO.

Listen, child. You didn't read it right.

You can get another MRO whilst your first MRO is still running - ie. two
OVERLAPPING MROs.

For instance, take out 24 mth MRO on 1/1/4. Break your phone and take out
new MRO 1/1/5 for 24 months.
