Hangon, you had used it for 2 weeks last time you advertised it.
Perhaps you should find a story and stick with it.

If you're interested in the phone, perhaps you should check with his

Hangon, you are having a go at this chap for changing his story as you put
it?
Do you always apply one set of standards to yourself and another set for
everybody else? talk about double standards markjb!

No. He said he had used it for "about" two weeks.

Perhaps he used it over two consecutive weekends, and on the
intervening weekdays?

Such a period would constitute both "about one week" and "about two
weeks". It would also constitute "sticking with a story".

Or at least it would to those of us who don't have fucking poles
shoved up our arses.

What difference could it possibly make whether the phone was used for
"about one week" or for "about two weeks"?

Or perhaps, rather than peremptorily circumventing the guy, it would
be both safer and less patronizing were a prospective purchaser to let
Josh know that it was a condition of purchase that payment be made via
his mum's or dad's bank account (or by non-negotiable cheque).

Having said that, I don't know how much success he'll have finding a
buyer on Usenet.

I suspect he'd generate more interest were he to ask his parents to
set up an Ebay account. And I'm almost certain he'd get a better
price there (even after Ebay's fees).

do you have a problem with being taken to task over your own lack of
personal responsibility mark? would you say you are really an honest person
to deal with? does your memory work properly? sorry but knowing what I know
about you through personal experience and then sitting back here and
watching you slag off at others over what you see as dishonesty takes the
bloody cake mate. do you know where I am coming from or should I go into
more detail here?
