Converting Video to Toppy REC format

Hey dudez - am new to this board. Quick question...

I've seen the threads abput converting Toppy .REC files to formats that can be read on a PC re: Videoredo.

But is there any software that can covert from MPG, AVI or WMV to .REC format i.e. the other way?!?!

Please say it can be done as I want to use my PVR on my toppy to store some files....
