Can someone tell me what happens if the siren fails when they blow
fulltime/or anytime... ?

Do they have a backup plan ANYGROUNDS?

or would this all happen again?

yeah, they mentioned it on White Line Fever tonight although i didnt catch
it all as i was still working, theres about three or four levels which
should be more than adequate assuming no human fuckups. First the siren,
then something, then something, and finally they can open the window and
ring a cowbell. That's at the MCG though, seemingly Launceston has some
catching up to do. Interestingly the timekeeper who screwed up (after 500+
games) offered his resignation but the AFL knocked that back and have just
suspended him

Yes - they'll just let Chris Connolly run out on the ground and start
screaming. That does the trick.

A clock at the ground displaying 0:00 might be useful....

They use to ring a bell. This happened in an essendon carlton game not to
long ago if I remember correctly. Siren failed at half time and they used a
bell. The emergcy ump helped out I believe.

10.3.27-A
In the event of a siren failing, an appointed AFL official will
squeeze the balls of the timekeepers, until the correct pitch and
decibels are reached..

All AFL grounds should have two sirens, the backup one is usually not as
loud as the main one.
