I was really looking forward to see if they had really turned the corner ,
they started with a bang .. but boy did they fizzle out ... VERY
DISAPPOINTING ... With that list , losing like that is not acceptable

As has been said plenty of times they played their final last week.
They were that happy they beat the WCE everything else gets put aside

Perhaps CC can take the AFL to task and demand the win again.

As I said previously, that entire Saints debacle just hid the bigger
problem - they buckle like belts 90% of the time when the pressure is
on, but they cover it up well with bluster.

Last year I posted the records of Freo/WCE Crows/Port and their winning
records directly after they played the local rival, and only the Crows did
any good immediately after these games.

I'm going to advise my club to ask the AFL to give us a draw each year
where we play either Freo, WCE or Port the week after "Rivals" weekend,
you get a much better chance of the 4 points than on other weekends (all
other things being equal).
