There's a service on Telstra Prepaid Plus called MyPepaid. This is,
essentially, a menu-driven method of operating certain account features.
GSM users access the menu by calling #100#.

CDMA customers get the menu by sending the word MENU via SMS to 1258888.
Users receive a response SMS wth a menu. The instructions (see
http://www.telstra.com.au/telstraprepaidplus/usingphone/myprepaid.htm)
indicate that CDMA users should then respond by return the text, together
with a menu selection number.

My CDMA phone (an old Hyundai Gulliver) doesn't allow a sender's text to be
contained within the menu response. I've tried simply sending a menu number
to 1258888 but all that happens is that I get served another SMS containing
the menu listing. I've tried a few other things such as sending "MENU 4" etc
with the same result. Short of typing out the entire SMS containig the menu
list, does anyone know if there's a way for me to respond to MyPrepaid menus
using my CDMA phone?

What I am wanting to do is move some credit from my CDMA Prepaid to my GSM
Prepaid using MyPrepaid's "Credit Me2U" feature.
