Hi all

There was an article in the paper today about DoCoMo being the world's
second largest wireless operator (based on subscribers I assume).

Who is the largest? I had a bit of a look on Google, but could only find
lists broken down by country (ie, Vodafone carriers in each country
separate.

So, taking into account all worldwide subscribers, anyone know who are the
top 3 operators?

Would it be Vodafone, DoCoMo and Hutchison Whampoa in order? If so, I
would have thought Hutchison Whampoa had many more subscribers than
DoCoMo?

You've overlooked the Ryda Network, which slots in at #1, and the
NOBULL Mobile Phone Network which slots in at #2 behind DoCoMo.

Are you referring to:

(i) Mad Ron; or,

(ii) Crazy John?
