Use clone mode, works best for me. Make sure the TV is connected
before you switch into Clone mode because the video card has to be
able to detect the TV resistance. If you disconnect the TV before
disabling Clone mode, the computer might lockup. You might have to
shutdown the computer, disconnect the TV and boot the computer to get
things working properly again.
If your DVD player doesn't work, try:
