Is it legal to sell "game money"?
I've always wondered what drives people to buy money for a game when theres no real value out of it.

It's legal to sell anything - well, not organs for transplant I suppose - but pretty much anything. ;)
There's a market for it though - if you're a rich impatient kid whose Daddy just handed over your $200/wk pocket money cheque you might decide that wandering around killing things for 48 hours to build up some game-cash isn't worth it when you can jump on eBay and buy the same amount of cash with $20 of your Dad's money.
Time is money!

Well you never know if they're going to send you a DVD, or a BBQ, or an MP3 player either - it's no different to buying anything else on eBay. Presumably these people have an eBay reputation that you can use to determine their trustworthiness.
That said, the day I pay real money to get fake game money is a day I will really need to spend in the room of mirrors. :dD

Don't people get banned from the game for trying to sell off their gold for real cash?

Perhaps, though I don't know how you would catch someone doing it
Unless they have the same eBay and WoW username I suppose

But anyway why play cd-rom games when there servers are in Usa or great-britan. That's the problem with star wars galixies and why I stopped playing it and got 2 more more 20 dollar bills after I quit. Its so friken laggy!
Wow is better the servers are closer. But still laggy.
My idea...stiuck with the runescape game(anyody who dosn't want there account pm me)It's got servers in sydeny.
