Hi all,
The following site has an extensive compilaton of music videos from the
80s:
http://www.kingofbeaver.com/music_videos/
I think I spent around 4 hours last night just going through some of the
list. Very good, addictive fun if you grew up in the 80s and are after a
nostalgia kick.
Cheers,
Sarch

I grew up in the 80s but unfortunately I lived in Australia, where we didn't
get MTV. So I have no recollection of any 80s videos :(

Copy the URL into:
http://keepvid.com/
and get a player that handles .flv files

Or:
Play the vids directly from you browser cache using the player (might need
to rename extension to .flv

Already tried that before I posted, but KeepVid.com doesn't recognize them.

Try 4 or 5 hours a night. I had to span the show onto 2 x E180 tapes.

Didn't you watch B-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-beatbox?
I'd love that to be re-screened late at night!

You never watched Countdown?? :-O

During the 80s we only had 1 TV in our house and I usually watched TV only
before and after school. At night my parents were watching mostly, or if
they were out, whatever the sitter wanted to watch. Of course being so
young I had to be in bed pretty early anyway. So I don't really remember
many programs from the 80s. In the early 90s we moved to the US and I had
60+ channels it was like a whole different world.

Then I used to waste a lot of my life watching late night TV, because I
would always watch it.
Are you sure both were 4 or 5 hours? I seem to recall at least one of them
only being a couple of hours.
