Ha ha......I did this to a Mini Moke.........she went about 8 foot
under when the tide came up.
was almost buried the next day,happened to get a really good storm as
well.

This wouldn't have happened if the vehicle have had good chrome front

Yep.

Notoriously famous for claiming vehicles that fail to make the stretch
between the remarkably quick tides.

The place is literally chockers with dead vehicles that were swamped &
buried.

I think the story behind that one was that they got stuck at night at Eli
Creek, and decided to go get help in the morning. Shifting sands/water etc
got it stuck good and proper!

That's what I thought at first but you can see the reflection of the guy
with the white tee shirt in the windscreen. You can see the reflection of
his sunglasses also and the reflection of the girl standing behind the car.
If it's photoshopped they've done a very good job.

My guess is it occurred at the Eli Creek crossing on the Eastern Beach of
Fraser Island.

Nah, I got emailed a heap of the same vehicel, its for real that one. Poor
bastards.

Now if someone wants to host the rest of em I can email them to you to show
everyone else. I tried Tiny Url but my PC didnt like it (or Im doing it
