I had another look at NorthAmerican (been a while since I went there), and the shipping charges are in US dollars.....

Dvdboxoffice offset their free shipping with slightly higher prices unfortunately.

Has anyone used www.jetdvd.com?

Well, Dayam DVD Dude. I was just about to say the same thing. What kinda fool confuses US for Canadian dollars. Even if they were Canadians, it is still more expensive that the price I told you. You aint even close with NorthAmericanDVD. What makes me sad at your cluelessness is that a member has infact mentioned my dream site a few times, yet you still fumble in the dark.
