Per header, "Vehicle Standards (ADR's) are now effectively parliamentary
law - which means that you have open access to them.
This recent development means it is easier to adopt or create 'change' in
this field, provided that Commonwealth contractural arrangements with the
World Forum (UNECE) is not impacted.
