I have an HP Pavilion, a220n desktop. I have no clue about what info you
need, but here is what I can figure out...

RAM - 512
Processor - AMD Athlon
Windows XP home

We have qwest/msn as our internet provider. We added wireless to the laptop,
then desktop internet started having issues. I deleted the connection, then
rebooted and got a system corrupt message. I went through system recovery
(my only option) and went through that process twice. the PC reboots itself
and has me go through the screens as if I jsut bought it. I have no sound,
although speakers are working fine when plugged into the laptop. I get to
the Thank You ! screen and click finish to start Windows, and nothing
happens, the computer freezes and won't do anything. Please advise! (oh and
I have the xp prduct key but no disc to reload from)
