You'll see this style of forum around on various sites as this particular forum software can be purchased and used like it is here.
It will be different on some sites as they may have re-programmed the code or use diffferent settings.

I think this is the very first thread that was created back in 2001 when the forums changed from the old format to this current software. The old forums had been going for a couple of years beforhand on a basic message board system.

yeah I remember the old server.. Chasing Solaris and some dude would get me a copy onto CD from his taped off SBS version. Wonder who that dude was??

But when the new software kicked in my registered details didnt work, or I forgot the password probably...

When I came across from the old forums, for some reason my account name was my full real name. I'm a wanted man, so I couldn't have that getting out, so I created my linton account.
