I just received a reply from 3 regarding PTT where they make the
following claim:
> Dear Simon,
>
> Thank you for your email regarding the services available to 3 customers. The 3 network, and 3G technology, does not support Push to Talk. This means that you will be unable to utilise Push To Talk as a 3 customer.
I find this a little strange since most of the 3G capable Nokia's have
this feature available. I would have thought PTT was merely making use
of the GPRS or data side of the network, irrelevant of being on GSM or 3G.
Is there anyone on Telstra or Optus using PTT on 3G networks?
