Strong SRT5490 High Definition Dual Tuner PVR ?

I've been looking at getting the new Strong HD PVR as a replacement for
my old Strong SRT5290 SD PVR.

The SRT5290 had a few problems in the early stages but later firmware
updates solved them and it has proved very reliable and still giving
great service.

Anyone had any experince of this unit which seems very good for the
price?

I'm not sure the problems with the 5490 have been fixed, based on the
thread on the DTV forums.
