What are you suggesting - the building was demolished?
Of course it was - it says so in paragraph one of the article

It was admitted on PBS by Larry Silverstein the leaseholder of the
World Trade Center Complex, that WTC#7 was "pulled" the industry term
for a controlled demolition because of the fire damage...

One other problem is there is no authentication of the photo.
Could be any old demolition job
Could be a cut and paste composite photo.
Nice try though.
