Topfield PVRs - Can larger hard disks be installed?

Can you fit a larger hard disc to a Topfield PVR than what it ships
with? If so, what limitations, if any, to what HDD can you fit?

And do they have PATA or SATA drives?

There is a comprehensive thread at the Forum - and yes larger drives can be
fitted.
