Was driving from Wollongong to Sydney at 6:30pm, 100km/hr speed limit on
the Princes Hwy at Waterfall. Traffic on both lanes came to a dead stop.
After moving 4.5 metres in 45 minutes I did a U-turn.

Anyone know what happened earlier in that area?

Someone saw a car parked on the side of the road ? Thats all it takes.

There was a Magna/380 club run happening (They called it a "Fun Day").
Unfortunately there were multiple breakdowns and well, you can obviously
figure out the rest :)

No, that was the VE Holden owners club....with an 11.4 metre turning
circle compared to the Magna and 380 at 11.2.

But hey, those Mitsu FWD cars have massive turning circles...the boys
in the pub told you eh!?

Mate i had a new magna company car once...shitbox wasnt a fitting
description. If you went around a long left hand corner the entire car would
die & leave you sitting on the freeway entrance with no ignition. This was
from brand new mind you...all i got from mitsufucki was "are you sure its
happening". Had a turning circle that a B double could better. Friend hired
a 380 the other day & i went for a ride...nothing has changed. For a car
that size its still made for short arses in the front. 4 cyl these days have
more leg room.

1.2 metres ?!?! - Maybe 11.2 but anyway, you can get an SS to turn 180
degrees in quite a short space by doing a half doughnut!

Can't do that in a 380 (without handbrakies ;-)))

Seriously though, how do they compare? (SS/VE, Falc and 380)

Nice try, but we know you are bullshitting. The 380 club? There's no way
1 car could cause a traffic jam. More likely it was a dealer taking his
unsold 380's & '05 magnas to a scrapper so he could get some cash for them.
