Fast hosting

I wonder if anyone could suggest a fast server in Australia with a
reasonable size and cost.

I tried looking at many US plans but the servers seem quite slow to
someone in Melbourne.

Watch out if anyone suggests unlimited Space. They are having problems and
though they really do attempt to fix it, they never do.
