Mp3 is an audio format. You'll need to convert your movies to either divx, xvid, wma or mpeg, or some other format. Check which video formats your player supports, or post the model so someone can find out what the requirements are before anyone can give you a more specific answer. :)

my player supports - AVI, DivX™ 4 & 53, XviD4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG4-SP, WMV9 and Motion-JPEG,
when trying to use creative video converter, it says that it the video_TS files that im trying to convert are not a valid source video file.
does anyone know why it is saying this? is this a copyright issue?

Try Winavi, I'm sure it's a free download.

The 'not a valid source file' may refer to the software only being able to convert audio files, not video. Not knowing what the software is I'm only guessing, but try Winavi or AutoGK, which is also free. Try this site for tutorials on converting video.

1. check what format files your mp3 player can suport.
2. google search "dvd ripper" to try and then choose a good one.
