You can't help but think this is doomed to failure:
"What is the lifecycle of my clip?
The viewing scores on your clip are tallied each week and the top lists
refreshed accordingly. Once in the Mobile20 your clip becomes a
thumbnail on the website which can be downloaded only on the mobile.
Once your clip has dropped out of the top 20 it will return to normal
archived status and be viewable on the web site."

Apparently they think people are stupid enough to pay to watch free Youtube
videos.
The homepage featured video doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence in the
material.

And this, in the FAQ, is absolutely laughable:
Can I earn money if I'm not a Telstra customer?
Yes. If you are not a Telstra mobile customer, you can still submit clips
and WotNext will hold the credit for you when your clips are downloaded.
However, your WotNext account will not become active until you switch your
mobile account over to Telstra. In the meantime, the credit will be held in
a future fund to be paid to you when you switch to Telstra. However, we
can't hold the credit for you for ever, so if you don't switch within 6
months, your credit will expire and your earnings written off. So come on
over!
Must be some seriously fucked-up coke doing the rounds of the Telstra
executive bathrooms...!

Destined to failure once truly mobile unadulterated Internet services
are available from WiMax carriers, with pricing similar to ADSL.
In fact, all of Telstra is fucked then.

Plenty have made the same claim about telstra countless times so far.
They have a profit that leaves every other local telco and ISP
for dead, leaves all of them combined for dead too. Funny that.
