View Full Version : Upskirt shots - Is it illegal

A few years back I was staying at the Bearnley hotel in Potts Point and my girl was coming back from the shower and some freak ripped her towel off, took a pic of her and pushed her in the fire escape.
She had to walk down 17 levels to the ground floor to front desk to get them to contact me.
Here was a poor girl walking through the lobby of one Sydneys most used motels fully naked.
The cops said there was nothing they could do with no CCTV.
If you see anyone taking upskirt shots cut their throats on the spot. They don't deserve to live.

Highly unlikely, as most (99%) of hotels have showers *in* the rooms these
days. In any case, if you walk around a hotel with only a towel wrapped
around you, then that's partly your fault. If you're at an el cheapo hotel
and the shower's at the end of the hall, then always bring your clothes with
you to the shower. Geez, it's just common sense.

No, you hang them over the top of the shower door where they won't get wet.

A few years back they had a list of strange and wonderful inventions, all
Japanese. One of them was a toe of shoe camera that was tiny and situated on
the top of the toe so looking upwards. No guessing what it was for.

Most of those have showers in the rooms now too.
And he said 99%, not 100%

Even someone as stupid as you should have noticed that that
isnt the only option even in a caravan park/camping ground.

Alas, this type of disgusting behaviour has become all too common!

In all fairness, you can hardly expect to have the adultress stoned
without the means of testing the level of arousal her behaviour may
have caused to those who saw it.

Why did'nt she just go back to her room, or was the key attached to the
towel?

The showerer usually has several options. They often provide a little booth
out of splash range within the stall.
Reminds me of the old dressing sheds as they were called, at Ramsgate
swimming baths in the '50s. People even left their clothes in these places
for theives to raid. Then there were those Japanese toilets, flush with the
floor,..uggh! No wonder the elderly were never seen near one, you needed a
fair degree of physical dexterity to use the things.

You must be useing crap CCTV then. You would be amased at what they pick up
these days. I was working at a SEQld Hospital last week and had a go at the
CCTV controls while in the security booth. I could read a newspaper
headline from around 300m away no worries. Couldnt read the small print
though. Up close the detail is fantastic.

bright, too dark, has jitter, out of sync and keeps scrolling or
pointing at the ceiling in a hallway.

Some of the sub miniature cams are amazing , reading number on a bank

There have been refused requests for placement of hidef cctv cams in

I come across some in a changing shed a few years ago placed within a fire
alarm detctor base (And we wondered why the damn thing didnt work), followed
the cables to a small PSU with a wireless set up, very advanced set up for
its era. Needless to say we got it removed.

Ummm, I dont think that it was pursued very much (suspect that the manager
was the initial cultprit anyway!). We did go back and the manager said that
the matter had been dealt with. IE No cops or sackings probably.
These days I wouldnt gone in with equipment that could trak where the signal
was being received but then again it couldve gone anywhere as it was a basic
UHF Video sender unit the likes of what you send video to your spare room
with. They only have a short range and any UHF telly wouldve picked the
signal up then. No digital codes or frequecies to break there.
