Hey guys and girls,

I am after a TI-83 Plus Graphics Calculator for my VCE Studies.

I am after one that is in decent/excellent condition.

It does not need to come with maunals, and cables, however it would be preferred.

I'm looking at around the $40 mark. :)

You're a member of OCAU I've noticed, post it on there you should get around $60-$80. :)

Newer models are roughly $150 new now such as the. TI-89. so I think for a model that was made ~8 years old is quite reasonable. :)

My mistake, I just went and re-read your post (just skimmed it first go). I thought you were selling, not buying. :)

All I saw first time round was the heading and the line, looking for around $40. :p

Well, still good to have a post over there searching for you as well, although $40 was a little hopeful, $80 if you're very lucky.
Just for the record though, the ti-84 (rrp of $229) was the model after the 83, and that was only a couple of years ago.
Even though I used a ti-83 for methods in high school ('99), they were still used as the booklist calculator right through until a couple of years ago.

I convinced a guy off ebay to sell me one for $50 + express postage.
Received it today, just in time for school. :boonie:
