Panasonic DMREH65??

dose any1 know anything about this player, as a divx player?
my friend sujested i get one and i just want to know what any1 thinks.

I've played a few files on my machine and they worked fine, however......
It only recognises files on +R & -R DVDs and won't read anything on RWs at all.
I have read that Panasonic have done this on purpose and I have looked around to find a way around the RW issue, but have found nothing.
